As the impact of COVID-19 escalates, delivering your goods and services efficiently while staying safe is more critical than ever.
We’re continually monitoring Government advice and taking proactive action to minimise any risk to people while providing you with the support you need to keep your operations moving. These are, and will always remain, our commitments to you.
To enable us to plan effectively and deliver against our commitments, we’re taking proactive action to assess your needs from now into the coming months.
As the UK works to put measures in place to support vulnerable groups, communities, and businesses during these unprecedented times, we too are proactively adjusting the way we operate to protect our colleagues and you, our valued customers.
Hygiene and health are our core focuses. As such, we’re following the latest advice from Public Health England and the World Health Organisation. Our colleagues have been self-isolating with any on-set of symptoms, and similarly where family members are affected. Our equipment, tools, and premises continue to be regularly and rigorously cleaned. Where possible, our teams are also working from home to enable social distancing.
