Assessing your needs to minimise impact on people and operations

As the impact of COVID-19 escalates, delivering your goods and services efficiently while staying safe is more critical than ever.

We’re continually monitoring Government advice and taking proactive action to minimise any risk to people while providing you with the support you need to keep your operations moving.  These are, and will always remain, our commitments to you.

To enable us to plan effectively and deliver against our commitments, we’re taking proactive action to assess your needs from now into the coming months.  Some of the steps we’re taking include:

Scheduled work in March 2020

If you have a planned site visit, a member of our team will call you on your scheduled day to confirm.  This will help us keep pace with potential daily changes and ensure you’re happy for us to continue as planned.

Scheduled work from April 2020 onwards

As we head into the peak of COVID-19, we’ll continue to provide essential repairs as well as service and calibrations.  We’re here when you need us, but we aim to minimise risk to all concerned.

With that in mind, we’d like to ask for your support in assessing whether the works are critical before arranging a site visit.  If in doubt, we can work with you to help you decide.  Where appropriate, we can also provide off-site support in line with social distancing.

These are unprecedented times and we hope by taking the above actions, we can all reduce the impact on people and your operations.  Please rest assured that we’ll provide further updates as the situation evolves.  Meanwhile, if you need any additional information or help please email us at hello@northernbalance.co.uk or call 0344 477 1966.

Please take care and we wish you all the very best health.
