The Essentus L Efficiency checkweigher was developed to reliably master basic weighing tasks of checkweighing. Users can rely on Minebea Intec’s proven conveyor technology. The Essentus L Efficiency has a clearly visible, optional LED traffic light system. The LCD display and light system offers ease of operation and can indicate the weight clarification if in underweight, good weight and overweight.

The Essentus L Efficiency can be used for completeness checks at the end of the production line as well as checkweighing for individual products. This unit can store over 100 different products and can also be mounted separately from the scale if needed. Single weights are transmitted via the RS232 interface. The following interfaces are also available: RS 422, RS 485, Profibus-DP and ProfiNET.
