To help you plan and prepare support for the Festive period, below are some changes to our normal service hours for December and January:
20 December 2024 service update: Operating from 8:30 until 12:00 only
As Christmas is about togetherness, we’ll be holding our annual end-of-year team building session on the afternoon of 20 December to mark the efforts of the entire team and to prepare for the year ahead.
To expedite services, the next nearest alternative date will be offered to accommodate your requirements should the request fall on 20 December. Additionally, any contact made from 12:00 on 20 December will be responded to urgently on 23 December.
27-31 December 2024 service update: Emergency and special arrangements only
While we’ll be taking a short break from 25 December 2024 until 8:30 on 2 January 2025, we’re still here to help with any emergencies and special arrangements if you need us between 27-31 December.
