Calibrations and servicing
Bespoke programme of calibrations with audit-ready certification, and inclusive servicing and adjustments. Choose one or a combination of the following calibrations:
Traceable calibrations Flexible on or off-site calibrations carried out in line with ISO 9001:2015 National Standards for all weighing equipment^.
UKAS calibrations On-site calibrations carried out in line with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for weighing equipment up to 2500kg.
On and off-site breakdown support
Diagnose and fix issues within a matter of hours* with access to our engineers for call outs, phone, and email support. Where it isn’t possible to fix the machine remotely or on-site, we’ll inspect and repair it at our Service Centre and expedite it back to your site.

Complimentary loan machine during repairs
Courtesy loan service provides access to a backup machine for up to 28 days*. To minimise disruption, loan machines will be matched to your requirements, fully calibrated, and delivered directly to your site.
